On the departure day 10/22/2015, our family got Tyler as the driver and he was very nice and assisted us with our luggage. However, on the arrival day 10/25/2015, we got Ali as the driver and he was careless in helping customers and he randomly help customers and not consistently helping all customers. Additionally, if we prepaid and still have to go through the line as people are not prepaid, we think by putting a sign to help direct prepaid customers or information on the confirmation page when booking online so customers would know ahead of time and etc...
