  • So, we used to go here all the time because it was my absolute favorite Mexican place to eat in town. Last time we were there (at their new location) I ordered my usual, Chipotle Chicken. Within 10 minutes of eating, I was in the bathroom throwing everything up. It was such an awful experience. The chicken was extremely chewy which is a sign of frozen chicken being cooked. Our server insisted on making me another to go and took it off of our bill which I totally appreciated but the thought of eating my to go food made me feel sick to my stomach. Not sure why I got so sick from the chicken. Note to Rio Rico: You were the best in town! Please check on your kitchen staff and making sure the chicken is 100% thawed out before cooking. We will for sure be back after that happens. :)
