  • I've pulled into this nail shop 4 times in the past 4 months. Only ONCE have I been serviced. The remaining three times, it was either a wait in excess of 30 minutes (for a mani/pedi) or they turned me down saying they were "busy" though all pedi chairs were empty (??). Note, I go mid-week/mid-day (not peak hours). The time that I was accepted, the owner's children were frolicking around and she mentioned how it was hard to find quality staff...well, it must be REALLY REALLY hard if 4 months later I am getting the same song and dance, and the mani/pedi is only "average" quality. I will say the salon is very clean and modern.
