rev:text	Disgusting. I was bullied into leaving a five star review. Not accommodating when water went out or electricity went out with only an hours notice most times. My place is infested with cockroaches and my shower is still falling apart after putting a work order in for the fourth time. Lisa is rude and a bully and the customer service is not there at all. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. run from this place as far as you can! Attached are reviews that happened to me as well that the business is not recommending. Roaches, roaches & more roaches. My friend lives here and has bed bugs as well. The pool was supposed to be done in July but doesn't look like it. My power has been shut off multiple times & so has my water without notice. Some with notice. I've been harassed by management for posting negative reviews and Lisa has been verbally abusive towards my family. I'm terrified to live there after having people try to break into my apartment and having Lisa march up to my room without notice. I've been verbally harassed by some of the people that live on the property as well just walking up to my apartment. There are sooooo many parties and drugs. Management doesn't do anything about either of these issues. My car was towed for no reason and I missed some of work because I had to uber and deal with the issue. So I was out money because of this. I'm tired of the threats from management and them giving discounts to people if they write five star reviews. Some of these people work in the office. I'll post the pictures of the roaches in the comments below. Please do not live here. No one that even lives here is a student. Drug dealers are the majority. Save your money and stress. There aren't any garbage disposals like the advertisements say. Don't believe a single word they advertise. They don't even have full permits for everything they're building right now. (Public record) I clean my apartment floors everyday yet my feet are black if I walk around without socks on. Don't believe any five star reviews. RUN also come here on any given day or time you'll see police here for something. I've heard gunshots on multiple occasions as well. Also when you call them and ask about the pool they told someone it was currently there and that there is a pool on property still. Which is a lie. I can post pictures of all the construction too. City of tempe states they have permits to demo but none to build. Pool done early July my ass Updated June 27: It's 8:45 am and I didn't receive an email about water shut off. I'm trying to get ready for work and now I have to tell them I'm running late because I was mid shower with shampoo in my hair. Ridiculous. No notice or email until 9 am. This is what you're going to get if you move in here. No notice on water or electrical. Ridiculous At 2 pm the elevator close to the office broke, they blocked off any easily accessible stairs. I can't imagine if there was a fire there because two main staircases were blocked off. Updated June 29: Went to the office to return the keys, they had no recollection of the paperwork we gave them weeks ago, the little Hailey girl was snickering and on her phone and ran into the office saying my name to Robert. She was very unprofessional and childish. The other girl however was trying to help us and be pleasant & was very professional. I feel bad she has to deal with all the trash in the office.
