I went to DRL Outlet specifically looking for a floor steamer. I ended up purchasing a Shark Vac-Then-Steam model for $60. Upon getting it home I realized it was missing the part needed for steaming. I purchased that part for $24 on ebay and purchased the appropriate steam pads. When the part arrived I tested the steamer and vacuum operations. While the vacuum worked, the steamer did not.
I brought the product back to DRL to which they spent around an hour trying to get it to work. When they called Shark the company offered to replace the product with a brand new one! About a week later I was notified that the new product, or products had arrived. Apparently they didn't make that model anymore, so they replaced it with a separate steamer ($60) and vacuum ($150) brand new in the box for the original $60.
DRL did do right by me and got me brand new stuff that works great. It did take around 2-3 weeks to finally get my floors steamed and I lost the money on the part I purchased from ebay. But I guess that's the risk you take when trying to get a deal. Would I shop there again, yes! Just be very careful with what you buy and inspect the products carefully. The staff is very friendly though and seemed to help in any way they could.
