rev:text	Had to update our pool that was 20 plus years of age. So on 4/25/2011 signed with Swimming Pool Service and Repair (pool fix.com) their agent sales man Aaron was very pleasant. Everyone beware, our cap tile was replaced 3 times, it all cracked. Blame was they where working with a new tile supplier. The final cap tile we had to choose was one that we never wanted from the beginning a plain glossy white. We where told that we had 3 choices and it was the only one that kind of went with the back yard scheme, Mexican Sand. Now today it has been 3 years 10 months and the plaster is breaking down. They just told us that the warranty is for just 2 years and that it was probably a chemical problem (its always the consumers fault). I have 30 years of owning pools and never had any problem. They told us they would redue the total job at our expense and we should go pebble tec it has a longer warranty. They told us pools today, plaster, last for 6 to 10 years not like the old days with a longer life. I see other reviews now stating problems. STAY FAR AWAY or GET a 6 year plaster warranty ( they do not offer). They are friendly BUT the workmanship and quality is not there. SO SAD and it was not cheap for this horrible experience. Also I had a World War 2 knife that I would use for cutting open bags and forgot, did not think I had to hide it. It was taken during the rehab and i brought this up with Aaron and was told because of the venders and where they get their help its gone and nothing could be done. So beware ! A VERY Very BAD experience and now needing to repair the POOL that I paid to have updated/repaired! SAD and disappointed!
