  • If we could put zero stars we would. We have been in twice in the past month looking for a new phone, both times we were told they didn't have the one we wanted in stock and that was the extent of the conversation. We were over in Surprise and decided to stop there, same story, they were sold out, however the huge difference was they offered to order one and we could have it in 2 business days. Why couldn't this store on Northern tell us that and order it? It is unacceptable customer service, act like you want to actually help a customer instead of passing everyone off and right out the door. We will never use this location again, we will go a little out of our way to a better more helpful store.
