| - If you're looking for an amazing experience, I recommend to avoid the Chandler Neos Medspa. Similar to other reviews about this place, I have had multiple bad experiences here.
I discovered Neos Medspa after searching the internet for dark spot removal treatments. I made an appointment for a free consultation at Neos to see what I could do about my dark spots.
Experience 1 (Free consultation): I walk into Neos for my consultation appointment and no one is at the reception desk. I wait for 10 minutes and finally decide to just venture back into the other rooms since I heard some talking to tell them that I had arrived for my appointment. After examining my skin, they said I would get the best results from a series of photofacials. I wasn't convinced, so they did a "trial spot" and the results were amazing (the only good experience), so I scheduled my series of photofacials. A week later, I got a bill for $1500 even though I had not undergone any of my treatments.
Experience 2 (Expected Treatment 1): I drove 30 minutes to Neos, expecting my first photofacial treatment, and the receptionist wearing a bright pink tshirt with the word "SWAG" plastered on the front (talk about unprofessional) greeted me. My appointment was "not in the system" so I showed her the reminder card she had written for me at my consultation and she blamed the mishap on the computers. I tried to be understanding, but I think she could tell that I was annoyed, so she gave me a free microdermabrasion that was unlike any microderm I've ever had - it took about 3 minutes and didn't even get my entire face. I rescheduled my first treatment and drove the 30 minutes back home. Thankfully, I have a job and can afford the hour of gas that I wasted.
Experience 3 (Treatment 1, finally): Arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early, thank goodness because I had to fill out all the paperwork that they had lost, and I waited another 45 minutes for my treatment. My first photofacial went well and we'll see how many of my other 4 appointments will be disappointments.
