I have to agree with a couple of these other reviews on here which speak of the exorbitant charges for relatively minor issues. It seems that some of their customer service techs will force you to use their diagnostics tools in order to charge you for labor time when the actual issue is minor and could be fixed in a matter of minutes without the aid of any diagnostics. Particularly one customer service technician, who I won't name, but is from Great Britain, was very rude and seemed to be more of a "salesman" rather than a advocate for customer experience. If my vehicle was not under a warranty, I would definitely go somewhere else.
