  • NOOOOOOO. Possibly the most laughable experience I have ever had at a business. The wax they use is the kind that sticks to itself IE it DOES NOT REMOVE HAIR. Trust me, I get brows done all the time, and this wax did not and cannot remove much of the hair. The technician was rude AF, rough, and used the most ridiculous "spray and pray" wax pattern, additionally peeling it off too early and pressing used wax to the skin again. WORST OF ALL: they used a slew of incredibly unnecessary and toxic eyebrow styling products, without my permission, and they broke me out for weeks all around my brows. The wax was free--first time--and there is obviously a reason they feel a need for gimmicks. I have no idea who is incompetent enough to give this place a half positive review, because the wax and products used throughout the company are ineffective and irritating to NORMAL skin, respectively.
