  • Az Automasters are great, especially mike and mark! They are always cheaper than other shops without sacrificing quality, and i'd know as I worked for another repair shop in the past. They focus on the issue you are there for and will let you know about other issues with the car but don't try to "upsell" or pressure you into it. Last time I took my car in they didn't even charge me the hour diagnostic time! They told me what it was....very expensive repair no matter where you go ($2000+).... but suggested a cheap alternative (or bandaid so to speak) till I could afford the repair and sent me on my way at no cost!!! Now that is some damn good customer service!!!! I guess thats why I grab a new stack of business cards to give to anyone I know that has car problems every time I leave :)
