the food is super cheap and the portions are filling. the chicken adobo isn't too tangy and the loganisa and spam breakfasts are comfort food good. i like the thelma's special with the onions/tomatoes/soy sauce, but the lechon kawali could be a bit fatty sometimes...not enough to lose a star, but just a heads up. i really like this place; they're also not nazi's with the fountain drinks and napkins. the bathrooms are super clean you can take a poop in there in peace and reflect on life (was that BA in art history really WORTH it??). filipino food is great yummy comfort food so if you're on a sissy atkins diet getting ready for bikini season at green valley ranch, it might not be for you. otherwise check it out because once you bite into a scrumptious lumpia you'll feel like you're in the philippines with manny pacquiao sitting on your lap playing you "tiny bubbles" on his mini ukulele. and that's not a typo a mini ukulele is an even SMALLER ukulele. so you've got a tiny boxer with a tiny tiny guitar. go to themla's - experience the jungle magic.
