  • This company is a joke. I was supposed to get a delivery today. They tried saying it was delivered, well guess what? It wasn't. I've had nothing but problems from Ontrac. They're low cost and low service. Last time they delivered something they didn't arrive until after 9pm. And apparently their drivers don't know how to use the doorbell because they never ring. They left a $1300 camera out in the hot Arizona sun for 5 hours once. Their so-called customer service agents say they'll call you back with an updated ETA but never do. It seems like Ontrac doesn't even care if they get you your package. I will never use these buffoons again.
