They had my Jeep Grand Cherokee for 16 days untouched in their service department as they were waiting for approval from Chrysler Corporate to fix a transmission problem that should be under warranty !!
After 16 days having me in a rental (they have no loaners) my rental bill was $600+ and they denied paying it when they were the ones that took 16 days to provide me with the determination that the trans work was not covered under warranty. They were the ones who took me to Enterprise and told me I had to have a Dodge product for a rental. The service is horrible, the service department is chaotic. How could it possibly take 16 days to determine whether the trans issue was covered under the warranty. Total incompetence and lack of respect and consideration for their customers. After 16 days and an email to the General Manager, Service Director and Service Manager within two hours I get an email stating that the trans would not be covered or my $600+ rental. They have no concern or consideration for customers who have purchased there. Screw you as much as they can is the motto at this dealership...screw you on the purchase, attempt to screw you on the financing and screw you on the service. Stay away from this place they have no soul or ethics it' all about profit and incentives for management !!
