Its frustrating that a place that prides itself on customer service can't figure out how to charge a room stay. We stayed here for one night and had an all inclusive package that included breakfast, lunch and dinner. At checkout we found out that we were supposed to be given vouchers for these meals. So we were charged for the meals that were supposed to be inclusive. We were then told that these charges would be taken off and all would be fixed. A few days later and we are still being overcharged. I've called multiple times and have yet to get a call back to receive this issue. I keep getting transferred and hung out to dry for someone else to resolve a problem they should have fixed already. Never staying here again. The level of incompetence is astounding.
