I've been coming to this hospital since i was a teenager. Only time i can say i had a bad experience here was when i had to have gallbladder surgery. While they did put me in a room by myself, my room, unfortinately, was right next to the nurses station. There are signs that state this is supposed to be a quiet, healing environment but i don't think the nurses acknowledged those signs. In particular the nurses who work the overnight shift. They were not using their indoor voices and were so loud they made it impossible for me to sleep. I heard a bunch of things but what stood out was one female stating how she didnt want to be there and she couldn't wait to leave. Since then i dub them the "late night loud mouths". The medication they gave me though did work on suppressing trigger point pain and my pain associated with gallbladder infection.
