We only had drinks here so I will have to update if/when we have a meal. Stopped in on a friday night around 6:30 and the place was crowded. From what we could initially see, all of the seats at the bar were taken.
The hostess pointed out a second bar in the back of the restaurant, and let us know that if we could not find a seat there, we could order our drinks and take them up a small winding staircase to another seating area.
Hooray for the seating area! It is a cozy little loft with a few tables and chairs. Either people did not realize it was there or patrons having food were seated downstairs (with good reason, the staircase is narrow,) but the space was ALL OURS.
I ordered the "Barrel Aged Old Fashioned" and was unimpressed when the flavor of the brandy conquered all other flavors in the drink.
