  • Absolutely ridiculous! Dropped off my tire today for repair only for them to tell us they'll call us when they're done. An hour later they call back to tell us is unrepairable and $129. Awesome 5 days prior to Christmas right? Although pretty average so I tell them we'll be back up and decide. So I did a quick couple phone calls and my first call to a trusted tire repair shop close to our old home a little out of the way but of course we needed to do last minute shopping and they said they would want to see for themselves of it is unrepairable. If not then the same tire would be $70 there. They are by appointment only on Saturday and they literally took care of us right away. They were able to repair it and FOR FREE! Thank you so very kindly Mr. Tire for making this already stressful time even more stressful plus a huge waste of time! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO NORTHFIELD TIRE! Ask for the kind gentleman Kyle!
