  • Owner called, came out to see the problem and asked what would make me happy. He wrote me a refund check for $200. I am satisfied. I will say both doors are still very overpriced but they should last a long time. I would recommend this company but be sure communication goes well. The employees are not quick to notify owner of problems and are. were rude, BUT the owner is a good guy and fixed the problem. I would have written this soon after I received the check but could not find my complaint until now.
