  • Unprofessional staff without a clue. Went there to sign up for a new cheaper plan that was on sale by Bell at the time. We spent 20 minutes filling out the paperwork just to find out that the sale was over four days ago. Plus the store clerk did not cancel my application causing another mess for me to clear up. Not happy.
