Please read the other bad reviews and take them seriously! I didn't. I will never service my vehicle here because of the bad reviews and because I experienced exactly what other people did with the Finance/Titling area. They never called about picking up my Report of Sale to take to the DMV or register with the DMV online. So the day after my paper tag expired, after calling on the phone and leaving messages and getting no response, I went to the dealership. Casey (Finance) said they had never done the Report of Sale, he didn't know why, so I waited while they did it and printed it out. Casey also said I don't need a new paper tag even though mine was expired. Like an IDIOT, I left without double checking the document because I trusted them to do their job. So now I see that the address is wrong and you can't register with the DMV online if the address is wrong,...you have to go into the DMV which everyone wants to avoid. So I have emailed Casey about getting a new Report of Sale printed out so I can pick it up and register my vehicle online today. We shall see if I get any response at all. Management here obviously could care less about the sh*&y reviews or hiring competent office staff.
