  • Top notch! Everything was great. Food is delicious and priced very accordingly for a Las Vegas restaurant. The service is amazing, at one time last night I pointed out to my gf that the 5 employees that where on the floor where all smiling and engaging customers in a very comfortable way. The ambiance transports you back in time with the music, old school table service, and uniforms. If you are looking for a great Las Vegas restaurant go to Carbone and you will not be disappointed. And if you, there's probably something wrong with you and not their fine establishment. Good job guys and keep it up! We will be back next time we are in town! GUARANTEED.
