| - Flying with Sky Combat Ace is the most thrilling adrenaline ride I have ever experienced.
The staff:
They are fun, upbeat, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated as a friend, a guest, and a customer. The staff is very personable. The staff checked on me several times to see if I needed anything to drink and to see if I was comfortable.
The facility:
The facility is easy to find and parking was no problem. The restrooms were clean. The hanger is very comfortable. They have nice couches to relax on before and after your flight.
The flight prep:
The staff does a nice pre-flight presentation to tell you about Sky Combat Ace, the pilots, and what to expect during the flight. It was a nice way to prepare for the flight and it gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I liked the pre-flight presentation. The staff also took some great pictures of me in front of the plane, with my pilot, and my friends.
The Flight:
I did the Top Gun Experience package. The aerobatics are so impressive. The planes are very responsive. I was a little intimidated by the idea of flying the plane myself but the pilot walked me through the steps in the air and it is a lot of fun. The pilot checked on me several times to make sure I was feeling well and enjoying myself. I loved every moment of the flight: the take-off/landing, the aerobatics, flying the plane, experiencing G-LOC (G-force induced Loss Of Consciousness), and low ground flying.
Post flight:I felt great after my flight. I was pumped from all the adrenaline and excitement. There were couches to relax on post flight and the staff were right there as soon as we landed to offer drinks and ask if anything was needed. The plane has three video camera's mounted to it to capture the whole experience. We reviewed some of the highlights of the video on-site. It was fun to see the video so soon after the flight and show my friends what I was experiencing up in the air. SCA takes the video from all three camera's and creates a single video to capture the experience. It is really well put together and such a nice souvenir.
I expected this experience to be fun, but I was blown-away. It is a must do for anyone that likes adrenaline heightened experiences. If you are even on the fence about this, get off and just do it. It is awesome.
