rev:text	Horrible guest relations. It's Christmas and they managed to completely ruin an experience for regulars there. Before I wrote this I gave them every chance to making "one" phone call to apologize. I highly suggest you find a hotel for your vacation or staycation that doesn't think you are just a $$. Oh and hopefully your room is cleaned when you go in because even $1k for a suite doesn't warrant a housekeeping request.
