  • Why do people think it's not ok to wash your hands prior to putting gloves on? Had to ask the phlebotomist to please wash her Garda or something. She responded by saying she didn't need to since she's putting gloves on. I told her she has been touching her phone, she touched the computer and other stuff, plus she has been doing this all morning and who knows if she has had a patient with MRSA. If you touch a glove without making sure your hands are clean, you are contaminating people.
