  • I've used them for years (and spending thousands over the years) because of their convenient location. I bought a brand new, luxury car, and took it there. Big mistake. After getting their most expensive service, there are now several mini SCRATCHES on the edges of the hood, which is high and slanted, probably from the old machines they use to clean the exterior. The manager didn't even offer to try and buff if out like other places would. Atrocious customer care. Stay away.
