  • I needed a replacement windshield wiper for my back window. Ramon went out to my car, removed the old one, picked a new one off the shelf, installed it before charging me to make sure it fit all in a mater of 5 minutes. When I tried to give him a $5 tip he refused to take it. He was so professional and pleasant. I thank him and my husband thanks him because he didn't have to come home and take care of it himself.
