  • Needed a extraction of a fractured molar, they got me in hours after I called... Then after I got there they got me in the dentist chair minutes after I arrived and took an x-ray even though I told them I just wanted it pulled, however they were correct in doing so because it was found to be a difficult tooth to pull. They then carefully explained all my options if I wanted to go any other route including saving it if I chose to do so... I ended up going still with extraction, so they told me it would not be safe to extract that same day and I should go on medication for a week to prepare for what was going to be a difficult extraction... Today was the fallowing Friday and I want to say one major thing, they cared for my comfort and went out of their way providing me with so many shots of Novacaine I lost count LOL... the tooth took two hours to get out! Was a war of a job to say the least. Never once did my dentist get annoyed with the difficulty of the job... I am very happy with what they did and how much they really cared, family dentist is what they are and it really felt as if they were family on my visits so far. I will be using this office from here on out!
