These guys are total scam artists. They use bait and switch tactics to lure in customers with lower prices then change the price midway through. If you want your stuff to arrive in one piece I suggest you use another company. They arrived two days late, for the scheduled pickup. When my goods arrived at the destination it was raining and the 12 in. gash in the top of truck was allowing water in through the roof of the truck and all over my items. The hold back strap in the truck broke allowing heavy pieces of furniture to fall on to smaller items below. The movers said "you have 90 days to unpack and see what damage was done so you can file a claim." This is untrue and all damages must be made on site, so unpack all of your boxes BEFORE the movers leave. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL IT IS DOCUMENTED. I would say 1/3 of my items were damaged beyond repair. Their claims process is a joke, and is not handled by Cardinal Moving Systems. Their policy is to deny all claims, so don't plan on getting any any money for losses. I am military and have moved 10 times in my career, and this was by far the worst move. Customer service is horrible, and no one seems to know what is going on at any time (If you can get hold of them). They are not BBB accredited, and have had numerous complaints filed against them. Don't let price sway your decision to use Cardinal Moving Systems, spend the extra money up front for a respectable moving company. (You will end up spending it in the long run).
