  • The best part of this hotel is the 27th floor with the pool and gym, then comes the location which is perfect!!!! The hotel itself is so dated its incredible!! The rooms were so small! Furniture was old and the bathroom! Omg!!! Horrible!! No ventilation so if you did a number two it came thru the room!! Hard to sleep because you can hear everything going on in the hallway and adjacent rooms. Wallpaper on the walls!! Unbelievable , such false advertisement, I felt like I was staying in a motel!!! The first floor great except the bar Monarch. I ordered a drink and I barely tasted the vodka! Homeless people frequent the ground floor, total outrageous....begging for money. One begged my daughter for an orange juice she just purchased! I felt so iky sleeping here! However the location is awesome. You can walk just about anywhere!!! The breakfast buffet was cool too. The service was ok. I prob would not book here again because the room was just yuck!
