This is a great family friendly martial arts school. As my daughter was going into middle school I wanted to make sure she had some self defense skills. We trained together for 2 years before she moved on to more school sports. I had started training in the Brazilian jui jitsu program and really got hooked. At 46 I'm in some of the best shape of my life. Not only are the classes physically challenging but so mentally stimulating trying to overcome and outthink your training partners. The instructor is a Renzo Gracie black belt that actively rolls with anyone and everyone. He is also a good communicator. The facility is large and clean. I really think we have a great brother/sisterhood of training partners that have become friends. This is a really positive place where we honor the work and the progress. The only downside is I bore my wife to death talking about jui jitsu.
