| - My husband & I, traded in our Jeep for a more family friendly vehicle about 7-8wks ago. After coming to an agreement, we signed all the necessary paperwork & drove of the lot in our brand new car. In our agreement we came to terms no money would be put down with slightly higher payments, & the Jeep trade in would be paid off. A few days later, the dealership called stating they needed a down payment for the loan to be fully approved. We were ready to turn the car in & have the Jeep returned as this was not our initial agreement, but Sullivan managed to somehow "figure something out". The loan was finally approved & finalized. As we're waiting for our plates, the dealership calls us to bring the vehicle back as the plates could be processed since the dealership never took the car for emissions testing. Now here at 7wks my husband is receiving calls from his initially loan institution stating the payments for the Jeep are late & will affect his credit, mind you we had just made a payment right before the trade allowing plenty of time for the pay off to be completed. He informed the bank that the Jeep had been traded & they should have received the pay off. He conference called Sullivan with the bank on the line & Sullivan confirmed the payment was in process & be problem. As of today, 8wks or so, the bank is calling my husband stating nothing has been paid, Sullivan has to reached out to them at all. They've been attempting to reach Sullivan but is appears they're being avoided.
I'd also like to mention, prior to our trade in we looked around the lot for a few hours working with one salesman. He shows us plenty of vehicles but we did not end up purchasing that day, as we could not come to an agreement. Because of this, I felt like I salesman thought we were a waste & gave up. Barely said goodbye, did not offer to reach out to us if something suitable came in. It was about 3wks before we returned, & worked with a new salesman. I did not care for the previous salesman, so I informed this new gentleman, I preferred to work with someone new. We test drove a few car & settled on a car that seems reasonably priced & suitable for our family. We came to an agreement, as previously mentioned & drove off the lot. The following day the first salesman, sent my husband a rather passive aggressive text regarding our purchase. Also he would be working with us, as salesman number 2 would no longer be available. Needless to say, we do no speak to him or need his assistance.
