  • Got my hair done in their salon. Prices are ridiculous. After 8 hours I was charged an exorbitant fee and I left with my hair half colored, wet and unfinished because it was closing time - I returned the next day for four more hours and they requested an additional fee. After 10 hours I did not even end up with the color I requested but an exact opposite color and a horrible unflattering haircut that did not sit right. There is nothing worse than having hair color and a style that you hate. Ulta agreed to refund, but then charged me anyway. Now no one seems to know anything. Avoid this salon at all cost. If I could have given zero stars I would have.
