  • Indian... the new Chinese? Perhaps my Left Coast upbringing has made me a little narrow-minded, but when I think mid-west cuisine, it doesn't usually conjure up the variety I find in California. So when I was in Cuyahoga Falls (where!?) near Akron, Ohio (I spent a couple of weeks there for a project), I was surprised to find a pretty good Indian restaurant nearby. The prices aren't too bad and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for an Indian fix and you're in the area, I recommend this spot.
