I have been going to Peoria Kia for 4 years for service on my Sorento. Most visits have been OK. They always email after each visit and ask how everything was. I had to wait 2 hours for a scheduled oil change even though I had an appointment, so I decided to let Tracy White know how unhappy I was with this. I responded to her email and asked why there was such a long wait. I never got a response. I sent 3 emails to her and she never answered me back. I also called and left a voice mail to her and that was never returned. Very poor customer service!!!!! I would not recommend Peoria Kia.
