I have admittedly only recently checked in but my initial impressions are very favorably. I am not a hipster but I like the funky design combined with the historic property. The yoga mat and Bluetooth minijambox in the room are also a nice touch. Great lighting, comfortable room, and friendly staff. Haven't tried the food yet. If I had a complaint, it would be that the "park view" room requires me to practically lean out the window to see the park that is way off the left from a normal view. Not that the view is bad (a pretty cool building) but it's not a park. All in all, I like it a lot. Decent price, too. (less than $200 incl'g tax)
