One of the worst experiences ever. After having one Verizon store mess my account up, and having customer service tell me and help me fix it, I walk into the store to do as I was told by customer service and Julius the store manager STILL charged me the $70 in a return fee after the customer service agent said it would be waved. The guy I encountered walking in and the GM I worked with, were all incredibly rude. Definitely stay out of this Verizon!! They don't value their customers at all and clearly don't give a crap about your happiness.
