I've been going to Hon Machi since about 2007. I don't go as often as I use to anymore; however, each time I come back, it's the same quality.
There's usually one sushi chef working (two on occasion) so sometimes it takes a while longer for the food to come out. My last stop in was a pick up order so I did not get to see if that still holds true. It was a pretty slow night - I came in around 8pm on a Saturday and there were only a couple tables dining.
Jackie is normally very friendly whenever I dine in with my family and compliments us with a free mochi ice cream dessert.
