  • Our York AC unit stopped working at about 8:00pm on a Friday night. Called the answering service at 2:00am and George Brazil called at 7:45am. They said they would be there between 10-2. Josh arrived at noon and identified in 2 minutes what was the problem. A safety switch shut the system down because the water drain had clogged (prevents spills from the ceiling.) Josh fixed it quickly and also showed me how I could check and avoid the phone call and downtime in the future. Thanks again for the great service !!
