  • 4 1/2 stars bc it took a long time & car only had 1/4 tank of gas. Itz not the nice agent's fault that the computer messed up the resv somehow & she had to re-enter the entire thing. She apologized for the inconvenience (but no upgrade aww). Clean office, but kinda ugly gray everywhere. Time to bring in some paint! Cute candy apple red car. I'd come back.
