I want to thank those in the Service Department who worked on my vehicle from the labor to the paperwork, &' I DEFINITELY want to thank Richard C.
My 2012 Chrysler 300 is equipped with 2 fuel pumps - driver &' passenger. Back home in Hawai'i my driver side fuel pump had broke which caused the vehicle to stall. I was told that eventually the passenger side would go as well..
So, fast forward a few months ahead &' there went the passenger side fuel pump... all my family &' I could smell was the strong odor of fuel from the back tire, to the air coming through the AC.
Since the first part was covered by warranty I knew this one would be as well.. so, I called this dealership, spoke to the service department, &' was honestly surprised I was able to take my car in that very day.
When I showed up, Richard C., greeted my family &' I &' within a few minutes of talking - he seriously made my experience nothing less than EXCELLENT. He answered my questions, didn't beat around the bush, &' definitely knows his job. Plus too, his time of when my vehicle would be done (which took ONE day) &' ready for pick-up was right on time. PERFECT customer service.
Does anyone realize how many people DO NOT have those qualities?! Pretty rare.
