  • This has been my first experience at Sun Devil Auto, I was referred here from a friend after I went somewhere else and had a terrible experience. Matt was the guy at the front who ended up helping me when I came in for my appointment. The whole staff was fun, friendly, and professional! I am not a car person and I always hate taking my car in because I feel like they are going to take advantage of me not knowing enough about the car. With SDA I felt totally different! I was comfortable leaving my car in their hands. I was expecting it to take forever (per usual on a Saturday) but instead they surprised me with a phone call shortly after I dropped the car off! Matt was able to explain everything that my car needed in a way that I was able to understand instead of just throwing out a bunch of car terms. I never felt pressured like they were just trying to up-sell me. This was one of the best experiences I have had at an auto shop. I will definitely be returning in the future if I need anything, and referring everyone I know to come here! Thanks Matt and the whole Sun Devil Auto team!
