rev:text	I saw Tamara for a recurring Tinea rash on my shoulders/back. She was very thorough in explaining how to fight it. She prescribed me a cream Luzu. The thing that was kind of odd is how insistent she was about ordering it through this pharmacy that you call, instead of through my local pharmacy. I got a letter from my insurance company a few months later saying they were not paying because of the pharmacy it was ordered through and it cause me a bit of a headache/hassle. Later I went to see Darcy for a consultation and she recommended some retinal cream I really like. I also came back for a photofacial for some dark spots around my eyes. I should go back, but I just haven't had the time. I will go back to see Tamara for a refill on my Luzu cream, but I am done with the pharmacy that insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield hates so much.
