  • SO TERRIBLE! My experience is identical to that of the majority of other customers - 30 minute wait time to get a customer rep only to be hung up on or transferred to a "manager" and wait some more; inability of customer service to correct the water bottles ordered, or to even pick up my empty water containers on time, lack of responsiveness when I contact them via email, etc. I'd give 0 stars if I could because I've wasted hours of my life dealing with the idiocy of this company.
