I came in to update my code for my SF Bank card (YES, STATE FARM HAS A BANK PEOPLE!) because they can do it over the phone and after requesting one be sent to me and never receiving it I had to come in. Ana was quick to acknowledge me and very friendly while assisting me. She was very helpful in getting me in contact with SF Bank. We were advised the wait was going to be 7-10 mins to talk to someone but she chatted with me and those mins just flew by so there was no awkward wait. She got me water and made sure I was ok before I left the office.
