I signed up for boot camp with TASK Fitness about a month ago and couldn't be happier with this investment! I've been working out pretty regularly for years. I've done gym memberships, home workouts, fitness trainers, group classes... you name it. After everything I've ever done this is by far the best value I've ever seen. The schedule and locations are extremely convenient and efficient so you can easily squeeze in a full body 45-minute work out at least a few times during the week either before or after work. The instructors make it really fun and always change up the routine so that you're never bored with the work out. They really pay attention to where you're at with your fitness level and push you just the right amount to make sure you're pushing yourself enough to get the benefits. I highly recommend TASK Fitness to anyone who is committed to finding a sustainable exercise regiment at an EXTREMELY reasonable price!
