  • I have to start by admitting I don't know what's meant by "Creole BBQ" but if you are looking for anything resembling Memphis or Kansas City style ribs that fall off the bone, this is not going to work for you. I had the potato salad and cole slaw, both of which were tasty. But the ribs were not very tender or very tasty.
