I came in for a scheduled oil change and I've never experienced such a long wait for an oil change elsewhere. It took them about 2 hours to finish. They offered me a car wash and I declined as to avoid further delay. By the first 1.5 hours of waiting I asked Ken, who assisted me earlier if my car was ready seeing that my keys were in front of him. He brushed me off and said it was in the car wash. I was surprised because I told him I didn't want one. Secondly, how was my car being washed without the keys? Okay. Well 5 minutes later he calls me to return me my keys. Guess the wait was worth a free car wash? Oh wait no car wash when I received my car back. Overall, I didn't like the long wait or Ken who seemed to be making me wait for no reason. I didn't like the fact that he lied to me as if to brush me off because the keys were in front of him the whole time I was speaking to him. I felt like he was just having me wait for no apparent reason and just came up with an excuse so I'd sit down. Now I'm wondering how long he had my keys at his desk and how long I've been waiting in the lobby wasting time. I highly don't recommend this place for service like oil change. They take too long and Ken wasn't the nicest. I highly recommend going to another place for your service. They'll have your car ready much faster & put a sticker on your car to remind you of your next oil change. Planet Nissan didn't even do that. I expected more from this place. Disappointing.
