  • I have to say that reading the reviews, I was a little bit skeptical to use this service. I am so glad I did! Alex is wonderful! I fell on brick steps and my iPad screen cushioned my fall. Needless to say, the glass was cracked and shattered. I called at 6:30 pm and they were closing, but I was told they could fix it at noon the next day. Wow! I am so happy with the results. I would highly recommend you use this service. Funny side note, I was telling someone about my ordeal and another person chimed in to say that his company replaced glass and that I should be careful with scams. He said they charged fifty to sixty more, but you pay for what you get. I showed him Alex's card and he said "oh, I know Alex, he's a good guy and does good work". Yeah, and he is a lot less expensive! Thank you Alex!
