  • I see that this Best Buy doesn't have the greatest reviews but I'll be fair here. It's not a 5 Star place but credit should be given where it is due. I am a regular customer here and for the most part, there is usually an associate willing to help you extensively (you just have to go up and ask for help OOOOOH! SCARY!!). I usually leave here quite satisfied with my purchase even though there are deals online that have a better price point at times. The Geek Squad servicing have helped me when my TV started acting a bit funny. However, they have also off-put me to the manufacturer for a malfunctioning speaker (Sony) which turned out okay but I didn't appreciate them not helping me a bit more. Overall, if you are looking for a generally pleasant experience, you won't go wrong coming into this Best Buy; pleasant staff, decent warranties, and okay priced products. Can't ask for much more from a B&M place.
